The Sash Window range combines the elegance of traditional sash windows with thebenefits of madern materials. Manufactured from Aluminium they are strong, will not rot, warp or requirerepainting; ensuring that they retain their colour and shape throughout the years with the minimum of maintenance.
STYLES	All window styles can be produced including features such as arched head top sashes and bay windows.
TILT OPTION	Inward tilting vertical sliding sash window option to allow cleaning from the inside.
GLAZING	All windows are designed with 24mm insulating double glazed sealed units comes as standard enhancing thermal performance.
HARDWARE	Spring Balance Mechanism Ensuring Smooth Operation and completely concealed from view. Spiral Type Balance and Block & Tackle Tilt Type Balance are also optional.
GLAZING BARS	The most authentic appearance, glazing bars can be added to both the inside and outside of the double glazed sealed unit.
WEATHERSEALS	High density pile is located on both sides of the sashes to ensure that there is no metal to metal contact as well as providing a weather tight seal.
FLYSCREEN	The Sash Window units can be incorporated with flyscreen sash to keep out the bugs and insects.
RECOMMENDED	The Sash Window may be from 600mmx900mm tall to a maximum 1200mm x 1800mm tall. Bigger windows and doors, the maximum size is 2000mmx3000mm tall.

Yes, fly screen can be provided for Sash Window. Ordinary configuration of fly screen
is sliding fly screen. Standard color of fly screen profile is white with mesh color being grey.

8. Is sample available?

Yes, we are glad to provide aluminum profile sections for free.
However you will be charged for complete sample sets(Sash Window) and
the cost will be reimbursed once formal order is placed.

9. How to clean and maintain?

The innovative design of our Sash Window means that they can easily be cleaned
and maintained from within your home. As well as sliding up and down,
both upper and lower sashes tilt inwards so that the outer panes can be accessed
from inside the home.

10. Warranty?

Sash Window comes with a warranty effective for one year starting on the date of
purchase(not including glass). Ten years limited warranty and lifetime service support.
