1. WHAT ARE YOUR PERGOLA SIZES AVAILABLE?
Our standard sizes are 3x3M,3x4M(single bay) and 4x4M(double bays) with 4 posts, 6x4M for double bays with 6 posts. Bespoke sizes with bulk quantity can be tailored made.
2. HOW TO MAKE THE ORDER?
Kindly send us which standard sizes and quantity you need, and we will quote accordingly. After you confirm the quote, the order will be taken carefully by us, from production to shipping.
3. WHAT IS YOUR PERGOLA DELIVERY TIME IN YOUR FACTORY?
Our regular delivery time is 35-45 days for normal bulk order quantity. It is subjected to our final confirmation for big order more than 200 sets.
4. WHAT TYPES OF FEATURES CAN I ADD TO THE ROOF?
We also offer an integrated LED lighting system, manual/motorized side screen, frameless sliding door and fencing, If you have any further ideas we encourage you to share them with us.
5. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COLOR?
Yes, as long as the order quantity is more than 150 units, customized color is available.
6. WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?
We offer 3-5 years warranty on the structure of PERGOLA with ordinary powder coated, along with a 1-year warranty on the electrical items.
7. ARE YOUR PERGOLAS EASY FOR END USER TO INSTALL?
Yes. All of our parts are marked (A,B,C,D...) letter accordingly with printed user manual and the end user can easily figure out the parts and finish the installation in 2-3 hours by 2-3 peoples.
