Q: Is the pergola easy to install, and do you provide installation support?
A: Yes. We provide detailed installation instructions and step-by-step videos, plus one-to-one support during installation. In selected
areas of the United States, Canada and Australia, we can also recommend local installers with experience installing our pergolas. Our
products are designed to be installer-friendly, and trial assembly before shipment helps reduce problems such as mismatched holes,
incorrect fittings or delays during on-site installation.
Q: Will it leak in heavy rain?
A: No. When the louvers close, they form a waterproof roof; rain is routed through the integrated gutter and hidden downspouts inside
the posts. Products are listed with an IP67 waterproof rating for the drive/electrics.
Q: Wind & snow performance?
A: Pergo-LUX is engineered for 180–220 km/h (≈112–137 mph) wind and 60–80 cm snow load (≈150–200 kg/m²).
Q: What’s the delivery & installation time?
A: Typical factory lead time is 35–45 days (order size dependent). A 4×6 m pergola can be installed in about 5 hours with 3 people;
larger/custom projects are generally 1–2 days, depending on site conditions.
Q: Smart control compatibility?
A: Supports remote + smartphone app (Tuya) and RS485 integration with major systems for app/voice control of roof, lighting, and louvers.
